Offer your company name and brand name, we will add it to our 510K list. This process needs 4-8 weeks to be approved by FDA.
- If company already registered with FDA, need to pay annual cost US $560 / year
- If never registered on FDA, need to pay US $800 / year
- Items 1 and 2 are the first registration cost for FDA 510K. If sales amount over US $1,600, annual product registration fees can be exempted. If sales amount less than US $1,600, will charge annual product registration fees every January 10th.
